Pricing
Pay for the month the deal is live.
Most companies meet a handful of these a year, so the small plan is priced for one deal rather than for a year of them. Nothing is priced per seat: the person who owns the deal pays, and everyone they pull in to answer one question does not.
Starter
$19/mo
For the deal that is blocked right now. Subscribe for the month, cancel when it closes.
- 2 questionnaires a month, and the count resets on the 1st
- Unlimited knowledge documents: SOC 2, policies, DPAs, past answers
- Reviewers are not billed per seat
- Excel back in the format it arrived in, plus CSV and JSON
- Send a single unanswered question to whoever knows it
- Every answer quotes the passage it came from and names the page
- A Trust Center drafted from your documents, rather than typed by hand
Pro
$49/mo
For the team that answers these all year. 10 questionnaires a month, which is more than most teams send in a year.
- As many questionnaires as your team genuinely sends
- Unlimited knowledge documents: SOC 2, policies, DPAs, past answers
- Reviewers are not billed per seat
- Excel back in the format it arrived in, plus CSV and JSON
- Send a single unanswered question to whoever knows it
- Every answer quotes the passage it came from and names the page
- A Trust Center drafted from your documents, rather than typed by hand
Enterprise
Custom
For organisations that need to negotiate before they can buy anything.
- Everything in Pro
- A named contact for the relationship
- Custom terms, DPA review, and the security questionnaire about us
One questionnaire
For one deal, with no subscription. One questionnaire answered from your documents, no subscription and nothing to cancel. It works out dearer than Starter per questionnaire, which is the honest trade for not committing to anything.
$29once
Buy one questionnaireEvery questionnaire costs us model time to answer, which is why both plans carry a number and why no questionnaire is ever free. The numbers are small because the cost is: a hundred question sheet is about three dollars of model time, and these prices are set to cover that with room rather than to find the most somebody will pay. If you ever need more than Pro allows, say so and we will sort it out rather than cut you off mid-deal.
Before you subscribe
- What counts as a questionnaire?
- One file, however many sheets and however many questions are in it. A two-hundred-row CAIQ is one questionnaire.
- Which one should I be on?
- Starter, unless you already know you send these every week. Most companies meet three to eight questionnaires a year, clustered around whichever deal is live. Subscribing for the month a deal is in flight, and stopping when it closes, costs a fraction of a year on Pro. Moving up takes one click and the allowance changes immediately.
- What happens when I use both Starter questionnaires?
- The product says so before you upload, rather than after. You can wait for the 1st, when the count goes back to two, or move to Pro and there is no cap. Nothing you have already answered is affected either way.
- Is anything free?
- Publishing a Trust Center is, and always will be: a public page answering the security questions you are asked most, which you write yourself. Typing them costs nothing because nothing reads your documents and no model is called. What a plan adds is having those same answers drafted from your documents instead, which does both. Answering a questionnaire is the same, so it is the part you pay for and there is no free allowance of it.
- Do reviewers need a seat?
- No. Anyone you send a single unanswered question to answers it over email, without an account, and their answer is saved to your library.
- Can I cancel?
- From your billing settings, at any point. You keep access until the period you have paid for ends.
- Is VAT added on top?
- No. The price here is the price on the invoice, wherever you are. We trade under the French franchise en base de TVA, so no VAT is charged and our invoices say so. EU businesses can still give us a VAT number at checkout, for the reporting on our side rather than anything on yours.
